Carlisle Grounds witnessed a 4-0 thrashing by Kerry over Bray Wanderers on Friday night. The visiting side took full advantage of the numerical advantage after Bray was reduced to 10 players in the 26th minute. Kerry's Sean McGrath was an influential figure in midfield, while Okwute was a major threat along the left flank. The visitors took a deserved lead in the 42nd minute, with Okwute cutting inside his marker and teeing up Borden, who curled a superb shot into the top right-hand corner of the net. The second half saw Kerry continue to dominate, with Okwute breaking from his own box at speed and drawing a foul before setting up McGrath for goal number two. The game was wrapped up when Kerry scored a brace of goals in the space of two minutes, with Jonas Hakkinen rising highest to head home a corner and Cian Murphy striking a sweet shot over the struggling Bray keeper.
