Gary Madine Trades Boots for Gloves in Charity Boxing Event
Former Carlisle United striker Gary Madine is swapping his football boots for boxing gloves. The 35-year-old will step into the ring at a charity boxing event in London in October.

The charity boxing event, A Night To Remember III, will feature five bouts involving former professional footballers, with money raised for four charities: Willow Foundation, Helping Hands Barnet, Playskill, and Sport in Mind.

Gary Madine, who started his pro career at Brunton Park and also had a later loan spell with Carlisle United, retired a year ago after a short-lived spell at Spennymoor Town.
