Liverpool solicitor pleads guilty to drink‑driving

Breath‑Test Results

During the 11 August incident, Dugdale’s breath reading was 95 micrograms of alcohol per 100 ml, more than twice the legal limit of 35 micrograms. The July offence yielded a reading of 57 micrograms. Police were alerted by members of the public on both occasions.

Prior Convictions

Press reports confirm that Dugdale had previously been convicted of drink‑driving in 2013 and 2017, making this the third offence.

Court Proceedings

Prosecutor George Shelley presented the evidence, noting the breath‑test figures. Defence solicitor Oliver Saddington requested an adjournment to allow pre‑sentence reports and a psychological assessment to be prepared. Lead magistrate Julia Evans granted the adjournment and imposed an interim driving ban, warning that Dugdale could face jail if she drove before sentencing.
