Carlisle United travel to Aldershot Town this Saturday for a National League fixture. The match at the EBB Stadium kicks off at 3pm UK time.

The Blues go into the game 16th in the table with 13 points from 11 matches. Their recent form has been mixed, with a 2-0 away win at AFC Fylde last time out followed by a heavy 5-2 home defeat to Woking.

Recent form

Aldershot Town sit in the play-off places in seventh. They have 18 points and have scored 16 goals this season, four fewer than Carlisle's total of 20. The Shots' recent results include a 5-1 home win over Tamworth and a 2-1 loss at AFC Hornchurch.

Head-to-head

Carlisle have won the last two meetings between the sides. They secured a 2-0 victory at the Recreation Ground in March this year, repeating the same scoreline from the home fixture in September 2025.

Both teams named unchanged starting line-ups for their most recent outings. Carlisle's side that beat AFC Fylde featured Arnaud Desbois in goal, with Jack Ellis and Ryan Linney getting the goals. Ellis scored in the 40th minute before Linney sealed the win late on. The team's next assignment is this away trip to Hampshire on October 3rd.
